As a business professional, I have always considered myself a lifelong learner. I believe that learning should not stop once we leave school or graduate from university, but rather it should be a constant pursuit throughout our lives. As children, we are naturally curious and eager to learn about the world around us. But, as we grow older, our motivation to learn can wither, and we can become complacent in our knowledge and skills.
However, in the ever-changing and fast-paced business world, continuous learning is not just important. It is crucial for success. This is because we do not live in an isolated environment, customers’ demands are constantly changing, and as an organization, we must stay current and relevant to meet those demands. This is where organizational learning comes in.
