Washington, DBA, CLSSGB \/ Founder\/ Chief Visionary Officer \/ President<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Washington has provided consulting, training, coaching, and organizational development in healthcare organizations, small businesses, and non-profit organizations since 2013 and founded Success and Beyond in 2021 to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Washington\u2019s experience in organizational development and change management began in 2011 as a Healthcare Administrative Fellow in a large faith-based non-profit hospital in California. He is currently a Healthcare Director in San Antonio, Texas. On his journey to transforming individuals and organizations, he obtained training and certifications in change management, Lean Six Sigma, Gallup Strength-Based Coaching, and recently received a doctorate in business administration. Dr. Washington has facilitated and conducted in-person and virtual training seminars for organizations through a blended approach utilizing change management, lean six sigma, and several leadership development models and theories. The courses he facilitates focus on improving processes and the growth of new leaders, as well as evaluating and developing leadership and staff. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Washington is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), and Delta Mu Delta, International Honor Societies in Business. He enjoys exploring places that inspire the development of sustainable leadership models and strategies.
