Are you a Ross Shopper?

I appreciate the value of knowing who you are and knowing which population you serve. There’s Nordstroms, Macy’s, Target, and then there is Ross.

As a former Ross employee, I can say that Ross truly understands their market position. Ross does not wake up saying how can we beat Macy’s today. Ross knows that its customers are looking for the hidden treasure. I loved working at Ross because of the culture. There were no hidden motives. There was no unnecessary drama. This retailer understood the value of owning its brand position. I can not speak for others, but I, for one, will always think of Ross when I need a great outfit at a low cost.
